It’s Never Too Late
“It’s never too late to change your diet and begin some aerobic exercise. Research demonstrates that even in our 70s, even in our 80s, we have the ability to increase the growth of new brain cells.” Dr. David Perlmutter, The Today Show, June 21, 2016. Drperlmutter.com
In today’s crazy and hectic world, many of us know we should make healthier choices with the foods we eat. But our busy schedules – with work pressures and chaotic family calendars – force us to grab fast food, skip meals altogether, eat on the run and forego regular exercise. It’s impossible to maintain a healthy focus.
Besides … at this age, it’s too late to make any significant changes. Right?
Wrong! It’s never too late to pay attention to your health. Small, gradual changes can make significant differences in our overall well-being.
What’s most important is that you take action. We’re not talking about radical change. Small steps are okay (maybe even preferable).
So where do you start? Social media is over-run with articles about the latest fads. Is a low-fat diet best? Is eating gluten good or bad? Do I have to drink green juice to be healthy? Should I eat meat or not? What about the 10-Day Detox – will it help me lose weight?
Start here. With this blog. Over time we will inform your choices and guide your actions related to a healthy lifestyle.
Stay tuned … it’s never too late!
